Abstract: In this webinar, Dr. FENG is going to share with us the global patent application process, patentability standards, duty of candor, and hot topics in the US patent law such as patent eligibility

Bio: Dr. Li Feng is a partner at Finnegan’s Washington D.C. office. She holds BS and MS degrees from Peking University, and PhD and JD degrees from the University of Utah. Dr. Feng practices patent litigation before U.S. district courts, post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), patent prosecution, opinions and counseling, and due diligence. Her practice spans a broad range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, biologics, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, nanotechnology, battery, chemicals, and cosmetics. She was an extern to Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant at the Utah Supreme Court, and a fellow of Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.
